Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with brandbook standards for product groups and collaborate with product teams.
Manage the visual component of products with the Product Designer Lead.
Oversee the creation of brandbooks and visual communications.
Organize continuous development and improvement of brandbooks during product development.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as Head of Design & Brand in a similar role.
Experience in managing a team of 8+ people, including recruitment, hiring, and design competency development.
Proficiency in supervising the identity of insurance product groups, communication design, and brandbook.
Portfolio or Behance profile link in the resume.
