We're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Travel division.

Your team will be Russian speakers, and some other departments will be English speakers. So you should have preferably competent knowledge of English to understand documentation and specifications. And also to write test documentation and reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains key product metrics
• Creates, approves and follows the Product Evolution Roadmap
• Defines the Product Month Goals based on Product Evolution Roadmap
• Turns a business request from a business lead into backlog Items and tasks for system analytics and UX prototyping
• Offers the product team a sprint goal regarding the month product goals
• Owns the product backlog and prioritises it
• Facilitates plannings, backlog refinement and demo meetings
• Mentoring and managing project managers and other team members

Skills Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of development methodologies and processes
• Experience in building and elevating new products with strong data-driven approach
• Experience in conducting effective digital advertising campaigns for a mobile product
